Nick Clemons, son of “Big Man” Clarence Clemons, has a groove all his own. The Nick Clemons Band mixes rock, funk, jazz, R&B, and pop styles into an original uplifting sound that always gets the crowd on its feet.
Born in New Jersey, Nick began his performing career in college on the Eastern Shore of Maryland playing acoustic shows and honing his songwriting skills. Nick has shared the stage with such notables as Bobby Bandierra, John Eddie, New Riders of the Purple Sage, Greg Davis, Jimmy Vivino, and Clarence Clemons. Nick has recorded his original songs in studios in New York, New Jersey, Philadelphia, and Marin County, California. Nick has also appeared on the Howard Stern Show.
“The most important thing to me,” Clemons says, “is to get a warm feeling from a crowd, that juice or electricity that makes you want to give more.”
